Booking terms

Check in

Check in is from 2pm onwards on day of arrival. To obtain the access code for the key to the apartment please contact us so we can provide you with the details such as location etc. The rational behind the access code is due to the absence of a reception at each apartment. Early check in may be arranged, but please don’t hesitate to contact us if you require such.

Check out

Check out is 10am latest. A later check out may be negotiable but will be subject to availability. On departure its essential that all guests ensure the front door is locked along with any windows within the property and the key should be placed inside the key safe. Further details will be provided to each guest prior to arrival.


our cancelation policy is as follows:

All bookings must be cancelled before 4pm 48Hrs before arrival day to avoid the charges. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a one-night stay charge. If the guest decides to alter the booking Newcastle Serviced Departments will take every measure to meet any alterations however additional charges may occur.

Early departures can be negotiated with us and we here at Newcastle serviced apartments will do our very best to accommodate for your decision by refunding any left over stay dates, however it isn’t guaranteed that any left-over dates can be refunded, however in such event please don’t hesitate to contact Newcastle serviced departments for further details.


For stays that are less than 30+ days long payment must be cleared within 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities have been agreed, then stays long than 30 days then payment equal to a first month’s rental is required 2 weeks prior to arrival. If this hasn’t been agreed, then full payment is required 2 weeks prior to arrival.

If a special/reduced rate has been negotiated for booking longer than 60 days then Newcastle serviced apartments reserves the right to charge the full published rate to the start of the booking if notice is given to departure early, regardless if the above cancelation conditions are meet within the specified time period.

Security deposit

All guests are required to place a security deposit prior to arrival, this should also be accompanied by some form of ID whether that be driving licence or passport. Clients may also be asked to fill out a credit card authorisation form.


Extension to your previously booked reservation period can be negotiated with Newcastle serviced departments and will take every measure to meet your request, however if the current apartment requested isn’t available Newcastle serviced departments can arrange stay at another location for parts or the entirety of guests extended stay.
